Sean D'Anconia x Hello Kitty "Preview pics of “Hello Astro, Kitty Rebel”

It’s all out Cherry Blossom war in this mixed-media Hello Kitty original (acrylic on canvas) to premier at LAB ART’s grand opening on May 12th. Super splattered in Gloomy’s…ketchup? It’s a full on Battle Royal, Kitty-chan style featuring guest stars: Astro Boy, Gloomy, Dunny, Gloomy-Kitty, Kathy, Gloomy-Mimi, Mayumi, Musashi-Kitty chan, Kokeshi & Daruma kitties, and many more!

I’ve also included a unique water reflection – “distorted Gloomy-Kitty” – around the words “Rebel” (created in an interpretive Chanel N.5 style). Cute kimono, origami/washi paper patterns adorn many of the characters, and cherry blossoms can be seen flowing everywhere just above the action.
